Job Summary
Visit residents daily to evaluate their physical and emotional status, notify the charge nurse or physician of condition changes, and initiate immediate lifesaving measures during emergencies. Provide holistic care within your LPN license scope, assist with medication and supply inventory, and complete administrative duties including charting and reports. Report occupational exposures to blood, fluids, and hazardous chemicals per facility policy. This weekend package requires a minimum of two 8-hour or 12-hour shifts every weekend with an additional $5.00/hour incentive from 6pm Friday to 7am Monday. Candidates must hold a current state LPN license and valid CPR certification.
