Weekend Package Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Conduct daily visits to observe and evaluate residents' physical and emotional status, notifying the charge nurse or physician of any condition changes. Identify resident problems and emergency situations to initiate immediate lifesaving measures without a physician present. Provide holistic care within your LPN license scope, assist in monitoring medication and medical supply inventory, and complete administrative duties including charting and reports. Report occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, and hazardous chemicals per facility policy. Work a minimum of two 8-hour or 12-hour shifts every weekend between 6pm Friday and 7am Monday. Maintain a current, valid state LPN license and CPR certification.
