Job Summary
Visit residents daily to evaluate physical and emotional status, notify the charge nurse or physician of condition changes, and initiate immediate lifesaving measures during emergencies. Provide holistic care within your license scope, assist in monitoring medication and supply inventory, and complete administrative duties including charting and reports. Report occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, and hazardous chemicals per facility policy. Maintain a current, valid state LPN license and CPR certification. Works minimum 2 shifts (8 or 12 hours) every weekend between 6pm Friday and 7am Monday.
