Weekend Option RN - Cardiac Progressive Care (Critical Care)

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to cardiac progressive care patients by monitoring rhythms, vital signs, and patient responses while administering medications and treatments with clinical judgment. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans, educate patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care, and document assessments accurately within the electronic medical record. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to uphold patient safety standards. This full-time night shift role requires an active RN license, BLS certification, and strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills within a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on exceptional patient outcomes.
