Weekend Option RN - Cardiac Progressive Care (Critical Care)

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to cardiac progressive care patients by monitoring cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and patient responses while administering medications and procedures with clinical judgment. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to implement individualized care plans, educate patients and families on cardiac conditions and post-discharge care, and document assessments accurately within the electronic medical record. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to uphold patient safety standards. Requires an active RN license, BLS certification, and preferred ACLS certification for full-time night shifts within Mercy Hospital's CPCU.
