Job Summary
Conduct thorough in-chair consultations and deliver relaxing shampoo, conditioning, and blowout services to clients. Upsell add-on experiences like memberships and retail sales while maintaining a warm, friendly greeting and professional farewell. Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure smooth salon operations and build rapport for repeat business. Communicate effectively to inspire guests to join the Barfly member family. Requires an active Indiana Cosmetology License. Weekly pay includes hourly wages, tips, and commissions with no cap.
