Job Summary
Coordinate and fill open shifts for healthcare facilities while responding promptly to staffing requests, call-offs, and schedule changes. Maintain accurate schedules and employee records using staffing software, monitor attendance, and address time-sensitive staffing issues. Communicate professionally with employees and clients via phone, email, and text, collaborating with the weekday staffing team to ensure seamless shift handoffs. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations. This role requires a minimum high school diploma, two years of healthcare staffing experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Well-Staffed ensures quality patient care by connecting facilities with dependable professionals when they are needed most.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Desired Qualifications
- Two (2) years of healthcare staffing or scheduling experience
