Job Summary
Assume responsibility and accountability for the nursing care of all residents on the assigned unit during Saturday and Sunday shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Supervise licensed nurses and other nursing personnel in the delivery of care, managing the unit in accordance with company philosophy, professional standards, and federal and state laws. Create a comforting atmosphere for residents while promoting interdisciplinary communication and collaboration. Demonstrate leadership through mentoring staff and applying clinical knowledge to exceed the needs of residents and families.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license
