Job Summary
Nurse Supervisor (RN) leading clinical operations on 12- or 16-hour weekend shifts, supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, administering medications, validating care per individual plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating staffing, and communicating with physicians, families, and the care team to deliver safe, high-quality resident care. Must hold a current RN license; prior supervisory/charge nurse experience preferred; strong leadership, communication, and clinical-decision skills necessary.
