Job Summary
Lead weekend nursing coverage at Harrison Terrace, developing meaningful relationships through the life stories of residents and staff. Promote physical and psychosocial well-being while creating a comforting atmosphere that supports teamwork and coordinated care across nursing and facility units. Conduct thorough assessments, accurately document resident condition changes, and manage medications proficiently. Maintain a respectful work environment aligned with C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. Full-time weekend option with competitive compensation, 401(k), and mentorship pathways.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff
