Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN)

Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure adequate staffing to deliver behavioral health services with a focus on patient safety. Anticipate census and acuity changes to allocate resources effectively, enforce care policies, and complete rounds, chart checks, and random audits. Prioritize tasks, delegate staff, and lead admissions and discharges while administering medications and documenting medical information. Assist nursing leaders in orienting staff, providing mentoring, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Coordinate care including physician orders and diagnostic consultations, and assist in developing individualized plans of care. Monitor patient outcomes and resolve customer complaints as needed. Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Part-time.
