Job Summary
Lead individualized nursing care plans, assess and document resident conditions, and implement physicians' orders for weekend shifts. Assign nursing care to team members, administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments while ensuring supplies are utilized economically and equipment is maintained safely. Initiate and lead care coordination to exceed company and regulatory standards for senior living residents. Full-time employment with flexible weekend schedule, $10,000–$12,000 sign-on bonus, and competitive pay based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing
- Valid RN license
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
Desired Qualifications
- One year of nursing experience is preferred
