Job Summary
As a Weekend Nurse Supervisor at Ballard Center, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality care for residents and their families. Key responsibilities include completing comprehensive assessments of residents, revising care plans, administering medications, maintaining accurate clinical notes, and promoting a culture of safety. The role requires an RN or LPN with current licensure, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility and with behavioral care is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN with current licensure to practice in the state
- Comprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Behavioral care / memory care experience
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
