Job Summary
RN Supervisor responsible for direct nursing care and supervision of CNAs in a long-term care facility in Sarasota, FL. Oversees regulatory compliance, coordinates care with Health Care Coordinator, supervises direct care staff, reviews medication records, mentors pending staff, and ensures accurate documentation. Leads Falls and Pressure Sore Programs, maintains resident rights and privacy, and participates in quality improvement and safety programs. Must have RN license in Florida and meet background screening requirements; weekend schedule with support to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/equivalent
- Graduate/completion of approved/accredited school of nursing
- Valid Florida license as an RN
- Minimum one year nursing experience working as an RN with experience supervising direct care staff in a long-term assisted living is preferred
