Job Summary
Provide safe, nurturing care for infants and toddlers, supporting feeding, naps, and daily routines while encouraging learning through reading, play, and age-appropriate activities. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's day and create a positive environment where children can learn and grow. Work with vetted local families throughout Seattle, typically in shifts of 4–6 hours between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Required Qualifications
