Job Summary
Greet tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building while announcing arrivals and providing directions. Develop relationships with residents to schedule reservations at local restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues, and organize on-site events. Offer referrals for dining, retail, sporting events, and car services, then document, secure, and track mail and deliveries. Answer telephones, monitor the lobby, and manage keys and access cards. This role supports Planned Lifestyle Services in ensuring a welcoming experience for all at properties in Englewood, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming hello to everyone
- Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of local attractions and establishments
- Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed
- Saturday and Sunday 7am to 3pm
