Job Summary
Stock shelves, replenish inventory, and perform snack resets in retail and independent chain stores. Conduct scan-based trading inventory checks using a hand-held computer to count and input Herr's branded products, updating managers on any concerns. Execute promotional programs by acquiring displays and shelving, while assembling and customizing merchandising racks for various accounts. Manage daily product inventory accuracy and rotate, label, and stock promotional displays. Operate your own vehicle for route service with mileage reimbursement. Work 15-30 hours weekly from Thursday to Sunday at a starting rate of $16.83/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Clean driving record
- Courteous with customer service orientation and demonstrated listening skills
- Understands and embraces value of safety
- Ability to professionally and safely operate a personal vehicle
- Able to understand and speak English
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds regularly
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to walk, bend, kneel, squat, balance, and reach
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in outside weather elements
- Must exercise honesty, integrity and respect with all clients and co-workers
- Must preserve confidentiality of all business information and data
- Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
