Job Summary
Conduct inventory checks in franchise accounts using handheld computers to count and input Herr's branded products. Replenish stock, rotate, label, and stock product onto shelves and promotional displays across grocery retail and independent chain stores. Perform snack resets inside retail locations and execute company-sponsored promotional programs by acquiring temporary displays and shelving. Assemble, modify, and customize merchandising racks to address space challenges for both franchise and non-franchise accounts. Use your own vehicle for route service and receive mileage reimbursement while maintaining a clean driving record.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Clean driving record
- Courteous with customer service orientation and demonstrated listening skills
- Understands and embraces value of safety
- Ability to professionally and safely operate a personal vehicle
- Able to understand and speak English
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds regularly
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to walk, bend, kneel, squat, balance, and reach
- Must be able to work in outside weather elements
- Must be able to pass a drug test
