Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing exceptional customer service. Handle all front desk activities including answering phones, checking members into the system, processing new member sign-ups, and taking tours. Facilitate account updates and respond to member questions or concerns by elevating issues to management as needed. Assist in maintaining club cleanliness. This bilingual role requires a high school diploma, basic computer proficiency, and a passion for fitness. Candidates must demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and strong problem-solving skills. Shifts involve continual standing, walking, and talking.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be bilingual
