Weekend Member Services Representative

Greet members, guests, and callers at the front desk while checking members in, touring new sign-ups, and processing beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system. Manage member accounts by handling new membership cards, address changes, and billing inquiries. Maintain club cleanliness by mopping spills, cleaning exercise equipment and tanning beds, restocking restrooms, and ensuring the lobby remains orderly. Work a weekend shift with continual standing, walking, and talking, occasionally lifting up to 75 lbs. Contribute to changing people's lives by helping create a healthier Planet.
