Job Summary
Greet members and guests, answer phones, and check members in while logging amenities and communicating updates. Assist with new membership cards, address billing questions, and conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the point of sale system. Maintain front desk cleanliness, manage facility upkeep including mopping spills and re-racking weights, and clean exercise equipment and tanning beds. This role supports the "Judgement Free" member experience at Planet Fitness, contributing to a healthier community through daily interactions and facility maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Punctuality and reliability
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift
