Job Summary
Greet members, guests, and callers while checking them in, touring new sign-ups, and managing POS transactions for beverages and merchandise. Respond to member questions and concerns, process membership card changes, billing inquiries, and address updates using the POS system. Maintain the front desk, lobby, and exercise equipment areas by cleaning spills, restocking restrooms, and re-racking weights. Work weekends with continual standing, walking, and talking during shifts, lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally. Contribute to creating a healthier Planet by delivering exceptional, judgment-free customer service experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Punctuality and reliability is a must
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift
