Job Summary
Analyze production equipment to troubleshoot problems and perform repairs with minimal oversight, utilizing specialty tools and interpreting blueprints. Operate a vertical mill and lathe while applying welding and fabrication techniques, and set up new machinery. Document all repairs and preventive maintenance in the EAM work order system, perform regular inspections, and train others on proper repair practices. Submit end-of-shift reports, maintain a clean work environment, and follow safety protocols. Requires three years of maintenance experience, forlift license, and ability to obtain aerial lift certification. Work Friday through Sunday from 6:00am to 6:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
- Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience and/or technical training
- Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses
- Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
- Basic welding and fabrication skills
- Machining experience with mill and lathe
