Job Summary
Analyze equipment to troubleshoot problems and perform repairs with minimal supervision on production machines. Document all work using the Enterprise Asset Management system and interpret blueprints to guide maintenance tasks. Operate vertical mills and lathes, apply welding and fabrication techniques, and set up new equipment while maintaining a clean work environment. Train others on proper repair methods and provide end-of-shift reports to supervisors. Follow all safety protocols, report hazards, and engage in training initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
- Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience and/or technical training
- Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses
- Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
- Basic welding and fabrication skills
- Machining experience with mill and lathe
