Job Summary
Analyze equipment to troubleshoot production machine problems and perform repairs with minimal supervision. Document all work in the EAM system, interpret blueprints, and apply basic machinist skills using a vertical mill and lathe. Set up new equipment, assist in machine repairs, and train others on preventive maintenance techniques. Maintain a clean environment, report hazards, and submit end-of-shift reports while following strict safety protocols. Work Friday through Sunday from 6:00am to 6:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
- Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience and/or technical training
- Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses
- Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
- Basic welding and fabrication skills
- Machining experience with mill and lathe
