Job Summary
Analyze production equipment to troubleshoot problems and perform repairs with minimal oversight. Document all repairs and preventive maintenance using the Enterprise Asset Management system. Set up new equipment, interpret blueprints, and apply basic machinist skills using a vertical mill and lathe. Assist in machine repairs, train others on proper techniques, and maintain a clean work environment. Provide feedback to supervisors and submit end-of-shift reports while consistently following safety protocols. Work Friday through Sunday from 6:00am to 6:00pm. Marvin manufactures premium windows and doors across North America, fostering a culture where safety and wellbeing come first.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
- Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience and/or technical training
- Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses
- Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Desired Qualifications

- Basic welding and fabrication skills
- Machining experience with mill and lathe
- Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses
