Job Summary
Analyze equipment to troubleshoot production machine problems and perform necessary repairs with minimal supervision. Document all repairs and preventive maintenance tasks within the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. Conduct regular inspections, set up new equipment, and interpret blueprints to apply vertical mill and lathe skills. Train others on proper repair techniques and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Submit end-of-shift reports to supervisors and consistently follow safety protocols to report hazards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Associate's degree in a related technical field
- Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience and/or technical training
- Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses
- Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Basic welding and fabrication skills
- Machining experience with mill and lathe
- Understanding of welding and fabrication techniques
