Job Summary
Manage material conveying processes, including bulk offloading, and monitor feeding systems to maintain continuous flow. Set up, operate, and shut down equipment while adjusting controls to ensure optimal performance and quality standards. Perform maintenance, troubleshoot alarms, and resolve processing issues to minimize downtime and meet customer requirements. Conduct thorough inspections throughout production and ensure proper waste disposal. Work 12-hour shifts from Friday to Sunday (5 AM–5 PM or 5 PM–5 AM) with overtime opportunities. This role is part of the new AmeriLux manufacturing plant, offering a $1,250 sign-on bonus and advancement opportunities with ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to troubleshoot machines
- Ability to stand 12 hours consecutively
- Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs
- Ability to perform in a hot environment
- Effective communication with team members and upper management
