Job Summary
Provide safe resident care by administering medications, performing sterile treatments, and managing external feedings according to established standards. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate pertinent resident information during shift reports, transfers, and breaks. Participate in quality improvement processes while incorporating age-specific needs into the continuum of care. Report and delegate resident care problems to appropriate nursing management. Work 12-hour overnight shifts (7:00pm to 7:00am) every other weekend for three days a week. Requires one year of experience and a valid license. New graduates are welcome to apply.
