Job Summary
Serve as the licensed nurse for your floor, administering medications, performing treatments, and providing clinical oversight while monitoring residents and documenting condition changes. Supervise and support the CNAs and Med Aides on your shift, communicating with families, physicians, and the care team to ensure accurate charting and compliance with NC adult care home regulations. Maintain a genuine respect for resident dignity within a 4-star rated assisted living community featuring a high nurse-to-resident ratio. Requires a current, unencumbered NC LPN license, sound clinical judgment, and availability for every-other-weekend 12-hour day or night shifts.
Required Qualifications
