Job Summary
Greet guests professionally and provide excellent customer service while supporting the preparation, presentation, and replenishment of food and beverages. Maintain a clean, well-presented, and stocked lounge environment by ensuring all areas meet health and safety and food hygiene standards. Monitor guest feedback, resolve issues, or escalate concerns as necessary. Work Saturdays and Sundays from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM or 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM. This role serves as the welcoming face of Elior's premium lounge service across UK workplaces, contributing to a relaxed, memorable atmosphere for visitors.
Required Qualifications
- Greet guests in a professional, warm, and friendly manner
- Provide excellent customer service, attending to guests' needs efficiently and politely
- Support the preparation, presentation, and replenishment of food and beverages
- Ensure all lounge areas are clean, well-presented, and stocked at all times
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues or escalate when necessary
- Adhere to all company policies, including Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards
- Working pattern: Saturday & Sunday 5:00 AM - 13:30PM or 13:30PM - 22:00PM
- DBS and Right to Work Checks: Employment in this airside role is subject to satisfactory pre-employment screening, including verification of the candidate's right to work in the UK and completion of the relevant Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, where required
- Candidates must be able to provide acceptable original documentation and cooperate with airport security vetting, identity verification and any required employment, address or reference history checks
- Continued employment may be conditional on maintaining the necessary clearances, passes and eligibility to work in a secure airport environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience desirable but not essential
