Job Summary
Assess resident needs, develop individualized care plans, and administer nursing care in a skilled nursing facility setting. Evaluate nursing care delivery and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in compliance with federal, state, and local standards. Maintain established infection control policies and adhere to community administration guidelines to ensure quality care. Requires current, unencumbered LPN license, CPR certification, and proficiency with electronic health record software. Full-time weekend shifts include three 12-hour rotations with a $5/hour differential. Earn between $36.00 and $40.00 hourly plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid quarterly. Required Qualifications
- current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN within the state in which you work
- current CPR certification
- basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software
