Job Summary
Provide nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients. Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team while administering medications and treatments as ordered. Prioritize patient needs to coordinate efficient workflow and follow all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Use sound judgment to support quality care and communicate compassionately with patients, families, and team members. Work weekend shifts in a supportive environment serving the geriatric population.
Required Qualifications
- Current Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
