Job Summary
Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Health. Provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) in collaboration with residents, families, and the inter-disciplinary team. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed personnel. Must have current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice; RN licensure required for nursing practice in patients' residing states. Schedules may include weekends; offers a comprehensive benefits package and a $12,000 bonus for eligible employees. Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program or 400 hours of supervised clinical experience across the life span.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice
- Graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- Minimum of 400 hours of experience as an RN (or LPN) at another facility
