Job Summary
Coordinate assigned aspects of programming and assist the Clinical Director in implementing core program initiatives while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Provide therapeutic guidance to program staff and manage timely completion of respective reporting requirements. Maintain familiarity with DSM-5 and governmental regulations including DMH Titles 9. This part-time weekend role offers additional training in DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and WRAP. Join Crestwood's Healing Center in San Luis Obispo, a 16-bed campus dedicated to innovative recovery programs and compassionate community support.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a license as an LCSW, MFT, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist
- A minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting, at least one of which must have been in a mental health setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5
- Familiarity with DMH Titles 9 and other governmental regulations
- Valid CA driver's license
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation including criminal history and identity check
- Crestwood is required to participate in the E-Verify program
