Job Summary
Leverage strong customer-service skills to tour and lease apartment homes, build rapport with prospective residents, and manage leasing paperwork in a weekend-only role. Responsibilities include guiding tours, communicating value of communities, handling rent payments and move-ins/move-outs, addressing resident inquiries and service requests, and maintaining knowledge of floor plans, amenities, and local area. Requires weekend availability (Saturday 10:00–5:00, Sunday 12:00–5:00), a valid driver’s license with active auto insurance, and a high school diploma or equivalent; compensation is $17/hour plus commissions.
