Job Summary
Weekend Inventory Processing Area Manager leads weekend inventory operations at our Denton site, overseeing the team responsible for preparing items for daily online auctions. Role emphasizes maintaining structured workflow to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets with active floor presence to resolve obstacles and ensure on-time processing. Requires Spanish bilingual proficiency; onboarding includes one month of initial training at NW Dallas location before weekend rotation in Denton. 12-hour shifts (Fr–Su, 6:00 AM–7:00 PM); ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures; focus on supervision, coaching, real-time staffing decisions, KPI monitoring (throughput, error rates), adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines, and equipment safety in a non-climate-controlled environment. Preference given to candidates with supervisory experience in high-volume settings and a direct, action-oriented leadership style.
