Job Summary

Assist with activities of daily living, support mobility and safe transfers, prepare meals, and provide companionship to seniors and disabled adults while encouraging independence. Observe and report changes in client condition, complete required documentation, and follow individual care plans, safety protocols, and company policies. Work structured Saturday and Sunday shifts including 8 AM–12 PM, 9 AM–3 PM, 1 PM–5 PM, 5 PM–9 PM, or overnight 9 PM–7 AM blocks across Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Three Forks, and Livingston. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and a smartphone for scheduling. Earn $26.00–$29.00 per hour with same-day pay, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement to Care Professional or Care Lead.
