Job Summary
Provide exceptional hospitality services as a Guest Service Associate/Valet Attendant. Responsibilities include parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt, safe manner; assisting guests with luggage; delivering and picking up guest amenities; guiding guests with directions and information about local attractions; and maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least one month of related experience or training. Shifts run 7:00am–3:00pm and 3:00pm–11:00pm with weekend availability; position is part-time and located in Dallas, TX. Knowledge of basic math for handling rates and payments, and strong customer service and communication skills are important.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- 1 month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
- Skills in reading/writing and basic math
- Ability to operate manual transmission is desirable
- Ability to perform shift work and long periods of standing
