Job Summary
Conduct nightly audits, balance, and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage cash and credit operations to ensure accuracy of the property's financial records. Greet guests warmly, handle service requests and complaints, make reservations, and process check-ins and check-outs. Maintain cash drawers, operate office equipment, and ensure guest and property safety by following all emergency procedures. Perform tasks including answering phones and compiling daily paperwork and shift reports related to business transactions. Work overnight shifts from 11 pm to 7 am on weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability on weekends and holidays
- Ability to work overnight shifts from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.
- Understanding of general accounting practices and ability to compile facts and figures
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
- Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up abilities
- Ability to be patient and creatively problem solve
