Job Summary
Conduct daily audits, balance, and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage cash and credit operations to ensure accuracy of financial records. Greet guests warmly, handle service requests and complaints, and manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations while maintaining property safety and security. Perform tasks including answering phones, operating office equipment, and managing the cash drawer during overnight shifts from 11 pm to 7 am. Marriott hotel experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability required on weekends and holidays
- Ability to work overnight from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.
- Understanding of general accounting practices and ability to compile facts and figures
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up abilities
- Ability to be patient and creatively problem solve
