Job Summary
Weekend Bartender to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards; provide outstanding customer service; verify guest age and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations; maintain clean and organized bar area; process guest orders and handle cash, credit card, and room charges; monitor guest satisfaction and collaborate with hotel staff to ensure seamless service; follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines; assist with opening/closing duties including inventory counts and cleaning; requires prior bartending experience in hotel/restaurant/hospitality, knowledge of cocktails/beverages, strong communication, multitasking ability, and ability to stand for long periods; certification for responsible alcohol service preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience, ideally in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Responsible alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) preferred.
