Job Summary
Provide in-home hospice nursing care in Snohomish County/Everett under the IDG, performing comprehensive assessments, writing and initiating the Plan of Care, revising plans as patient needs change, administering medications per the Plan of Care, participating in on-call duties, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, supervising ancillary personnel, and contributing to ongoing professional development. Requires RN with Associate or Bachelor's degree, active RN license, and BLS certification; preferred hospice RN experience (1 year) or related hospice CNA/LPN experience. Responsibilities emphasize patient/family-centered care, community health focus, and coordination within a home-based hospice setting.
Required Qualifications

- Current, unencumbered RN license (State of Employment)
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
