Job Summary
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation while preparing light meals and assisting with feeding. Perform light housekeeping related to patient care and provide companionship and emotional support. Observe and report changes in patient condition and complete timely, accurate documentation according to company guidelines. This role offers consistent weekend assignments in Washington, DC with one-on-one care focus. Required Qualifications
- Active Washington, DC Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work independently in patients' homes
