Job Summary
Conduct personal care, hygiene, and meal preparation for clients while managing light housekeeping and medication reminders. Assist with client ambulation, transport, and outings, ensuring adherence to care plans and completing daily documentation. Provide companionship and support shopping and errands as needed. This 30-hour weekend schedule (Friday through Sunday) requires full availability and the ability to travel the Greater Vancouver Area. Candidates must hold a Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent, along with current CPR/First Aid training. Required Qualifications
- Full, reliable availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (30 hours/week)
- Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student)
- Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain
- CRC for Vulnerable Sector (valid for 5 years) or willingness to obtain
- Ability to travel around Greater Vancouver Area
- Access to Internet/smart phone with data
