Weekend Home Care Aide-PCA PT

Weekend Home Care Aide-PCA provides in-home personal care, health and safety monitoring, and light housekeeping to clients in their homes, following the RN Supervisor's care plan. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs and IADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, eating, ambulation, meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry), accompanying clients to appointments, running local errands, monitoring health and safety, documenting services with Aide records, and reporting changes to the RN Supervisor. Requires completing at least 12 hours of formal training annually and holding a Certificate of Completion for the PCA role; must provide proof of vaccination (PPD or TB screening). Must be 18+, communicate effectively with clients and families, and maintain confidentiality. This is a part-time, in-home role in Urbanna, VA with non-exempt FLSA status.
