Job Summary
Conduct weekend gift advice, manage till points, and ensure all administrative tasks are completed on time while maintaining excellent product knowledge. Adhere to operational practices including stock deliveries, H & S standards, and replenishment, while embracing ownership of tasks to support sales growth. Follow good housekeeping principles, attend training sessions, and provide ad hoc support or cover annual leave when required. As a keyholder aged 18+, you must follow security measures for key-holding, cashing up, and store opening/closing. Flexible hours are required with adequate notice to support the business.

- Follow good housekeeping principles by ensuring the store is clean and tidy at all times
- Attend and participate in all training sessions and staff meetings
- Follow all security measures when key-holding, cashing up, and opening and closing the store
- Provide excellent service at till points and ensure cash and till procedures are followed correctly
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to provide ad hoc support and cover annual leave when required
- Keyholder position, aged 18+
