• •Must be able to sweep, mop, and dust surfaces
• •Must be able to stock restroom supplies
• •Must be able to clean and dust furniture
• •Must be able to clean windows, doors, trim, and fixtures
• •Must be able to move furniture only when directed
• •Must be able to use safety poles for high dusting
• •Must be able to collect recyclable and non-recyclable waste
• •Must be able to replace trash can liners
• •Must be able to clean telephones
• •Must be able to vacuum traffic areas
• •Must be able to clean visible debris on carpets
• •Must be able to clean light switches, doors, walls, and blinds
• •Must be able to polish tables, benches, chairs, elevators, escalators, water fountains, and sinks
• •Must be able to remove cobwebs
• •Must be able to break down heavy trash into manageable weights
• •Must be able to perform duties that may be hazardous to the public
• •Must be able to keep cleaning carts from being left unattended
• •Must be able to ensure cleaning carts are properly and safely replenished
• •Must be able to keep custodial closets locked at all times
• •Must be able to ensure keys are properly signed in and out
• •Must be able to keep hallways and pathways clear of carts, cleaning equipment, tools, and hazardous items
• •Must be able to leave equipment and cleaning materials clean at the end of each shift
• •Must be able to complete additional duties as assigned
• •Must be able to bend 80% of the shift
• •Must be able to carry 95% of the shift
• •Must be able to kneel 75% of the shift
• •Must be able to lift 75% of the shift
• •Must be able to pull and push 80% of the shift
