Job Summary
Weekend Foundry Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on foundry equipment during non-production hours, performing welding, cutting, grinding, and basic fabrication; repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems; maintaining maintenance records; ensuring equipment reliability and readiness for the upcoming production week; and assisting with installations or modifications while adhering to safety procedures and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or foundry operations preferred.
- Welding experience preferred.
- Forklift and aerial lift experience preferred.
- Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and maintenance instructions.
- Ability to safely use maintenance tools and equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
