Weekend After-Hours Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed to join a primary care clinic in Cleveland, MS. The clinic operates after primary care hours with a Friday–Sunday schedule (7:00 AM–7:00 PM), totaling 36 hours per week, serving an estimated 25–30 patients daily. The role features a collaborative practice environment with physician oversight, a base salary starting at $120,000 with quarterly wRVU incentives, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance up to $12,000, CME allowance of $3,000 annually, generous PTO, student loan repayment assistance, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, medical malpractice tail coverage, and additional benefits.
